Built on Vision. Driven by Partnership.

YAMTEP was founded in 2015 by Tyrone Reaves, a Rochester-based entrepreneur and owner of TruForm Manufacturing, with a simple but powerful goal: bridge the gap between potential and opportunity for young adults in our city.

Tyrone understood that real change doesn’t happen in isolation. It takes people, purpose, and partnership. That’s why from day one, YAMTEP has been built on collaboration—with city leaders, workforce agencies, nonprofits, and employers who believe that every person deserves a shot at a better future.

We don't just train individuals. We work side by side with the community to build a stronger workforce and a healthier local economy.

YAMTEP is proud to work alongside partners like the City of Rochester, Monroe County, RochesterWorks, and PathStone Corporation, aligning resources to create tangible impact where it’s needed most.

If you're an organization, business, or agency that shares our commitment to equity, opportunity, and transformation—we want to connect. There’s a seat at the table for anyone who’s ready to invest in people, not just programs.

Together, we can create lasting change—one opportunity at a time.
